We’re hiring an ERP Systems Administrator to manage and improve the flow of orders from intake through engineering, production, and final shipment.
This is not an IT-only role. You’ll be working directly with real production workflows, shop drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing timelines.

We’re hiring an ERP Systems Administrator to manage and improve the flow of orders from intake through engineering, production, and final shipment.
This is not an IT-only role. You’ll be working directly with real production workflows, shop drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing timelines.
What you’ll do
- In charge of the ERP System
- Manage and maintain ERP data (orders, BOMs, SKUs, product data)
- Improve systems workflows to reduce manual work and errors
- Ensure accuracy from order intake through production and shipment
- Translate engineering outputs into production-ready system data
- Identify and fix data or workflow issues impacting production
- Support product configuration and SKU setup
- Partner across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams
- Use data (including SQL) to troubleshoot and improve systems
What you bring
- 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or engineering coordination
- Experience with ERP systems and data-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of BOMs, production flow, or manufacturing processes
- Ability to analyze systems and solve problems end-to-end
- Comfortable working with data structures or SQL
- Highly detail-oriented and able to own processes independently
Nice to have
- Experience with 2020 Insight ERP
- Background in cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing
- Experience in improving workflows or implementing automation
